BJD were appointed by the contractor to carry out technical design on this stunning CatA and B ground and first floor fit out. The strip out and technical design were very challenging in this Grade 2 listed building originally constructed in 1901. New vaulted marble clad openings through original masonary walls and concealing and accessing services within marble clad partitions were among the many challenges. In the end we helped deliver a beautiful new building reception, entry, retail space and marketing suite.
