BJD were tasked with the fast track creation of reception and amenity spaces for a 300 flat BTR scheme about 50 miles outside of London.

The flats were nearing completion and the amenity spaces were still shell and core. Calling on our expertise across several sectors we were able to quickly establish and refine a return brief, design various amenity spaces including reception and the receptionist back of house areas, drop in work lounges, and flexible space that could be used for private dining, casual meetings, social events and drop in workspace.

The client was thrilled with the variety of spaces and quality of design that we were able to deliver in a very short programme.
