BJD were appointed by the client to lead the design of approximately 20,000 square foot of Cat A and B workplace to support photography and sound stage studios being created in the attached warehouse space. The existing space was a very basic industrial warehouse and support office combination. The challenge was to convert this to a world class flagship studio space with appropriate supporting workspace. 

The concept was to expose the shell creating an industrial look to match the neighbourhood and the sound studio warehouse space, and then furnish the space with soft residential, warm, comfortable and cozy finishes and furniture.
