BJD were appointed to deliver 70,000 square foot of workplace Cat A and B fit-out forLabs co-working on their new Hawley Wharf campus in Camden.

The campus comprises serviced apartments, retail, restaurants and bars – an exciting ecosystem in Camden which BJD are proud to have been involved in.The co-working spaces have been designed with flexibility of size in mind so that various tenant needs can be met. This flexibility required very careful services coordination which BJD took the lead on as well. There are co-working spaces in five of the buildings on the Hawley Wharf campus and these are complemented by other facilities and areas such as breakout lounges, kitchenettes, meeting rooms, showers and a gym.
