We were asked to create a concept for a customer experience centre for Emerson in Langenfeld Germany. We began by considering the customer journey to the building and what activities, discussions and emotions were desired in each location or phase of the journey through the space.
We created a number of opportunities along the journey for Emerson sales team to pause and refocus their guests if necessary to stay on message.
Branding was considered and approached in a constant but subtle way to it was always present but never ‘in your face’.
Integration of technology was a major part of the brief with state-of-the-art visioning used throughout the space, and integrated with the client’s own technology.
The result was a concept that brought several distinct activities together into a seamless and exciting journey.
